The Platform is a digital platform created and developed for amateur and professional athletes (“Athletes”) to connect and exchange information with football clubs (“Clubs”), educational institutions (“Educational Institutions”), and athlete agents (“Agents,” and, together with Athletes, Clubs, and Educational Institutions, “Users”), create profiles to share their performances, statistics, and career paths, and follow online tryouts, events, and other career opportunities (“Services”). Therefore, the Platform’s objective is to be a global tool for recognizing and observing athletes, facilitating the discovery and promotion of talent in the world of football.
This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how ChanceScout collects and processes User information, such as name, identification number, address, Internet Protocol address, among others, that is, any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”). This Policy, together with the Terms of Use, describe the terms and conditions applicable to the User’s access and use of the Platform.
We emphasize that it is not possible to offer the Platform’s features and our Services without access to Personal Data. If you do not agree with the provisions of this Policy, you must discontinue using our Services and/or our Platform.
